Function:Guests are able to upgrade their inflight experience by purchasing gourmet sandwiches, specialty dishes like Planchette and Cheese Fondue, local hot and cold snacks, as well as beverages such as local beer and wine. All of the artisan products are available to Business Class passengers free of charge, while Economy class passengers can partake in the Swiss-inspired culinary delights by purchasing items a la carte.
Passenger Experience:All products for the SWISS onboard ordering programme were co-developed between Retail inMotion and iconic Swiss retailer and delicatessen, Globus. They draw on local flavours and favourites that give guests a premium and local Swiss experience, as their taste has been refined multiple times to fit the atmosphere onboard.
